Dominique De La Rocha is certified in body alignment and posture awareness. She started her career as a Registered Nurse in France where she is originally from. Her personal history with chronic pain has taken her to become a certified massage therapist, a certified cranial sacral therapist as well as a certified therapeutic movement instructor and Reiki practitioner. Her caring and friendly personality brings a positive and relaxed energy to her classes.

When not teaching, she enjoys very much spending quality time with her family, friends and her sweet little dog Lester.
